Terms and conditions at the Piccolo – Dolomites & Gourmet Hotel
Here you will find all the important information regarding prices, reservations, cancellations and other conditions for your stay in the Dolomites.
Good to know
- Prices are in euros, per person and per day, with half board or breakfast.
- For short stays of 1 to 3 nights, a supplement of €15.00 per person per night will be charged.
- A municipal tourist tax of €4.50 per person per night applies to guests aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total price.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am.

- One outdoor parking space per room is included in the price. We charge €10.00 per day for use of the garage.
- For single occupancy of the double rooms Economy, Classic or Comfort, a surcharge of 70% applies.
- Payment can be made in cash (up to a maximum of €4,999) or by credit card (except American Express, Diners Club and cheques).
Reservation
To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
Your booking is considered confirmed once we have received the deposit and sent you our written confirmation. By paying the deposit, you are accepting our general booking and cancellation conditions.
Please note that for technical reasons, we cannot guarantee that the same room will be available for your entire stay when you book online. If a room change is necessary, we will notify you within 12 hours, and you can cancel your booking free of charge.
Pets
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the Hotel Piccolo. We thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
- In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we are legally required to charge an empty bed fee. We ask for your understanding, as this represents a significant financial loss for us.
- For cancellations up to 1 month before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations between 1 month and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total arrangement.
- For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total arrangement.
- In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we will charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
- These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially rebooked.
- Our tip: To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
